A few weeks ago I had an urgent problem with my car which resulted in my clutch needing to be replaced. Cresent garage responded quickly, with me able to drop off my car the next morning and pick up a courtesy car. They update me regularly with any work that needs doing and what the costs will be before the work is carried out. I feel confident that a good job will be carried out whether it's a regular service or a problem with my car.”
